1. Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of tea, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
- Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Refunds
- If your return request is approved, we will initiate a full refund (excluding shipping fees) to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Replacements
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at info@paharichai.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- Our team will review the case and get back to you within 2 business days.
5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used tea packs
- Items purchased during special promotions, discounts, or sales
- Gift cards and promotional items
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
