  • Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country, generally 7–21 business days. Customs clearance may cause delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A standard shipping fee applies for orders below this amount.
  • International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

4. Order Tracking

  • Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.
  • You can also log in to your account on our website to check the order status.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Pahari Chai is not liable for delays or additional costs due to customs procedures.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@paharichai.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photographs.
  • We will work with the shipping partner to resolve the issue.
